SAFETY FIRST:

Safety is our top priority. Like any moka pot, the VADUZZO® Cappuccino Maker is heated on a gas stove, induction cooktop or electric cooktop and therefore becomes very hot during operation.

Please ensure the VADUZZO® Cappuccino Maker is stored and operated out of reach of children.

Fill water into the bottom chamber up to the safety valve.

Fill ground coffee into the Filter Basket and place it into the water chamber.

Ensure the Upper Filter Plate is mounted together with the gasket at the bottom of the upper chamber (for example after disassembly for cleaning).

Assemble the upper chamber and water chamber.

INITIAL POSITION:

A) OPEN the top cap to ensure coffee can flow into the upper chamber during heating.

B) CLOSE the steam valve attached to the water chamber to seal the system for coffee brewing.

Place the VADUZZO® Cappuccino Maker on your preferred heat source and start brewing coffee.

The brewing process is finished when a typical gurgling sound can be heard, indicating that no additional water is being extracted.

After brewing is complete, lock the upper chamber by closing the top cap. The system is locked when neither steam nor additional coffee can exit the VADUZZO®.

Serve the freshly brewed coffee evenly into two coffee cups to avoid overheating the coffee during the following process.

SAFETY REMINDER:

Do not touch any stainless steel parts. At this point, all stainless steel parts are very hot.

Only hold and handle the VADUZZO® Cappuccino Maker using the food-grade plastic handle or the two control knobs.

Place the VADUZZO® Cappuccino Maker back on the heat source and heat until the safety valve indicates that the required steam pressure has been reached.

In the meantime, fill milk into your 350 ml milk pitcher. Stop when the pitcher is approximately 50% full.

The required steam pressure has been reached when the safety valve indicates the pressure limit.

Ready to become a barista and create your own outdoor cappuccino moment with VADUZZO®.

Before frothing milk, open the steam control knob for 1–2 seconds in a safe direction (for example into a sink or into the open air) to ensure the steam system is clean.

Keep the VADUZZO® Cappuccino Maker safely positioned on the heat source.

Place the steam nozzle into your milk pitcher and froth your milk.

Opening the steam control knob approximately 1/4 to 1/2 turn may be sufficient. There are numerous tutorials available online explaining how to achieve the perfect milk foam texture.

When milk frothing is complete, close the steam control knob and add the frothed milk to your coffee.

Now you have become a barista!

SAFETY AND PRE-CLEANING:

After frothing milk, switch off all heat sources.

Release remaining steam by opening the steam control knob for another 1–2 seconds to clean the steam system.

COOL DOWN AND CLEANING:

Allow the VADUZZO® Cappuccino Maker to cool down naturally, similar to a pan.

To speed up cooling, hold the unit under cold water.

Disassemble the components.

Ensure all parts are cleaned with water and remove the used coffee grounds.

CAUTION: When separating the two chambers, small amounts of remaining water may still be present in the water chamber and may still be hot.
